The 44th annual Saskatchewan Geological Open House, will be hosted at the Delta Bessborough Hotel in Saskatoon from Monday, December 2nd to Wednesday, December 4th, 2013.

Our conference and trade show has become the premier annual meeting venue for mining and mineral exploration companies active in Saskatchewan.  It is expected that at least 700 local, national and international delegates will attend this year’s Open House.

This year’s Open House will include a strong technical program that begins Tuesday morning, December 3rd through to Wednesday afternoon, December 4th, 2013.  The technical program will not only profile the geoscience endeavors of the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, but also feature a number of industry talks that highlight various Saskatchewan exploration and development projects.  The trade show, poster session and Icebreaker in the evening of Monday, December 2nd round out the program.

Your company is invited to participate as a commercial exhibitor at the Open House.  Commercial exhibits are located within the Conference Foyer, Terrace Lounge, and the Adam Ballroom of the main convention floor. Technical posters and technical talks are on the Mezzanine Floor within the William Pascoe Room and  Battleford Room respectively.  Please see the exhibitor page within this package.

Exhibition space is limited, so if you are unable to exhibit in the 2013 Open House you are invited to join the waiting list and attend the Open House as a delegate or as a non exhibiting sponsor (please see the sponsor page link below for more information).

Online registration will start in the summer/fall of 2013.
